Farmer's Market & Homemade Food Vendor Meeting
BAKE SALE REQUIREMENTS
FARMERS MARKETS AND HB0478 COTTAGE FOODS
Thursday, March 8 at 7 PM in the Ambulance Building at 417 Broadway.
All are invited to a meeting where updates will be given regarding the Cottage Food Law 2015 HB0478 compared to requirements for Farmer's Market and Non-profit Bake Sales. All those who organize bake sales, who would like to be a vendor at the Farmer's Market, or who have a food item you would like to produce and sell are invited to attend. Annual Quilt Race
Annual quilt race to celebrate National Quilting Day will be held at the Methodist Church, this event is sponsored by Quack'n Quilters & open to the public. Quilts will be donated locally to those in need of a 'hug'. Observers are welcome to stop by and chat with the quilters. Cost to enter the race is $10 per team for purchase of pattern. Made in Montana Trade Show for Food & Gifts
The annual, two-day trade show connects wholesale store buyers from across the region with over 150 members of the Made in Montana program.
Exhibitors come from all over the state to display and sell their innovative products, artful creations, and tasty treats to buyers who will soon put these products on their store shelves, use in their restaurants, and have available statewide to visitors and Montanans alike.
The public is also able to share in the bounty - on Public Showcase Day (Saturday) - when they can experience firsthand the quality and beauty of unique products made by Montana artists, designers, and manufacturers.
Products include gourmet foods and beverages; fine arts and crafts; unique apparel; accessories; home decor and much more!
The Tradeshow is located annually at the Lewis & Clark County Exhibit Hall, 98 West Custer Avenue, Helena, MT.
